We take every precaution to protect our user’s data and information both online and offline.
Whilst online, all sensitive and personal data transmitted to PrintWorks! via our website are encrypted using Secured Socket Layers (SSL). SSL is an Internet standard encryption method used to protect the confidentiality of data, data integrity and authenticity of the sender and the receiver.
Whilst offline, all data and information are stored on secured servers and physically protected with restricted access. Access is granted to staff only on a need basis. Data and information are deleted and destroyed upon completion of each job, unless required by our clients to keep for further processing.
Sharing of Information
We may occasionally run a program with our partners, where a portion or version of our website is integrated into our partner’s site. In these circumstances, we may agree to share information with that partner as part of our formal arrangement with them.
